The Polly School is an immersive, hands-on pollinator education program set on the working grounds of Petal Farm in Sorrento, Florida. Here, you won’t just learn about honey bees - you’ll stand beside real, active hives, watch a colony in motion, and understand why these remarkable creatures matter more than ever.
Led by Drew Miller, experienced beekeeper and owner of Petal Honey Co., every session draws from years of working with the approximately ten hives maintained right here on Petal Farm. From buzzing pollinator science to hands-on hive inspections to honey tastings straight from the source, The Polly School turns curiosity into knowledge and knowledge into wonder.
